In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the applicable Platform’s terms, the applicable Platform’s terms prevail.

3. You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using a Game.
4. Legal Compliance. You represent and warrant that (i) you are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo or that has been designated by the U.S. Government as a “terrorist supporting” country, and (ii) you are not listed on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
1. We provide a service in the form of access to games and Virtual Items. In the Service, you may use “real world” money to obtain a limited license to use Virtual Items and/or which you may earn or redeem via gameplay .
2. How it works
2.1. You get a limited license to Virtual Items by visiting the purchase page in one of our games and providing billing authorization through the platform on which you are playing (e.g., Apple iOS and Android).
2.2. We may change what you can use to pay from time to time, at our sole discretion. Virtual Items purchased in our games on other platforms such as Facebook, Apple iOS, or Android, will be subject to those platforms’ payment terms and conditions. Vxg does not control how you can pay or how any refunds may be issued on those platforms. Please review those platforms’ terms of service for additional information.
2.3. For Virtual Items, your order will represent an offer to us to obtain a limited license for the relevant service(s) or virtual in-game item(s) which will be accepted by us when we make the Virtual Items available in your account for you to use in our games or debit the account through which you paid, whichever comes first. Your limited license to Virtual Items for use in games is a service provided by Vxg that starts when we accept your payment or redemption of third-party virtual currency.
2.4. For orders to obtain a limited license to use Virtual Items, by clicking the button on the purchase window or page you:
(i) agree that we may start to supply your purchased Virtual Items immediately after you have clicked that button.
3. You understand that while you may “earn” “buy” or “purchase” Virtual Items in our Services, you do not legally “own” the Virtual Items and the amounts of any Virtual Item do not refer to any credit balance of real currency or its equivalent.
3.1. Any “virtual currency” balance shown in your Account does not constitute a real-world balance or reflect any stored value but instead constitutes a measurement of the extent of your limited license.
3.2. Neither Vxg nor any other person or entity has any obligation to exchange Virtual Items for anything of value. Vxg has no liability for hacking or loss of your Virtual Items.
3.3. If you request that your personal data to be erased as specified in Vxg´s Privacy Policy, you will permanently and without any right to refund lose all your Virtual Items as Vxg can no longer associate such Virtual Items with you after deletion of your personal data.
4 ALL SALES ARE FINAL:
4.1. YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT Vxg IS NOT REQUIRED TO PROVIDE A REFUND FOR ANY REASON AND THAT YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE MONEY OR OTHER COMPENSATION FOR UNUSED VIRTUAL ITEMS WHEN AN ACCOUNT IS CLOSED, WHETHER SUCH CLOSURE WAS VOLUNTARY OR INVOLUNTARY, OR WHETHER YOU MADE A PAYMENT THROUGH ANOTHER PLATFORM SUCH AS APPLE, GOOGLE WHERE WE OFFER OUR SERVICES.
4.2. PURCHASES OR REDEMPTIONS OF THIRD-PARTY VIRTUAL CURRENCY TO ACQUIRE A LICENSE TO USE VIRTUAL ITEMS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE TO THE FULLEST EXTENT ALLOWED BY LAW.
5. If you choose to make a payment in our Services through a third party (like Apple, or Google), you acknowledge and agree that all billing and transaction processes are handled by App Store or Google Play, from which Platform You downloaded games, and shall be governed by their terms and conditions, and Vxg is not a party to the transaction. If You have any payment-related issues, then You need to contact the Platform directly .
6. Additional Payment Terms:
6.1. You agree to pay all fees and applicable taxes incurred by you or anyone using an Account registered to you. Vxg may revise the pricing for the goods and services it licenses to you through the Service at any time.
6.2. Subscriptions are also subject to additional terms, which can be found at Subscription Terms below.
1. Some of Vxg’s games may offer subscription services. If you purchase a subscription, then by clicking the purchase button you are requesting that We begin supplying the subscription services immediately and entering into a daily/weekly/monthly/yearly subscription contract with Us. You are also authorizing a charge to you of a recurring subscription fee at the rate quoted at the time of purchase. For subscription services purchased in a game played on a platform such as Apple or Google, payment will be taken from your iTunes or Google Play account (“Account”) when you confirm the Subscription by available confirmation tools of the Game. The platform will charge you for the subscription fee and the platform’s payment terms will apply. Please review the appropriate platform’s payment terms for additional information.
2. Subscription rates are based on an amount in U.S. Dollars. If you are using a local currency the actual amount may fluctuate based on currency exchange rates without notice to you. The charges will be applied to the payment instrument you provide when you start your subscription (or to a different payment instrument if you change your account information). Please note that prices and charges are subject to change. If Vxg makes a change to the monthly subscription rate in U.S. Dollars, we will let you know in advance.
3. Trial Subscription is offered free of charge for a certain period of time from activation as specified in the relevant offer in the Game. If you do not cancel the Subscription within such period, the Subscription Fee shall be taken from your Account when the trial period expires. Please note that your Subscription begins from the date of activation of a trial Subscription, not after the trial period. You may cancel a subscription during its free trial period using the Subscription setting of Your Account. Vxg cannot cancel your free trial subscription if it has already been activated.
3. Your subscription will automatically renew each period unless and until you terminate your subscription or we terminate it. You must cancel Your Subscription in Your Account setting before it renews each period, otherwise, payment of the next period’s subscription fees will be taken automatically via your chosen payment method. You cannot cancel your current Subscription if it has already been activated.
4. In case the Subscription fee cannot be taken from Your Account due to the absence of monetary funds, invalidity of credit card, or for any other reasons, Your Subscription is automatically cancelled.
5. SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS ARE NONREFUNDABLE AND THERE ARE NO REFUNDS OR CREDITS FOR PARTIALLY USED SUBSCRIPTION PERIODS.
6. Vxg games may occasionally offer a one-time or limited-time bonus to players who have a current subscription or who agree to start a subscription. You understand that these items, which will generally be marked as “bonus” items, will not be a part of your ongoing subscription.
